When you place an order, you’re offering to buy a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Your payment must be processed before we confirm your order.

If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible — once an order ships, we may not be able to cancel it.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Our store is powered by Shopify. While Shopify provides the technology behind the store, your purchase is with Reactistan LLC, not Shopify. Shopify isn’t responsible for your orders, returns, or any issues related to our products.

If you share feedback, suggestions, reviews, or ideas with us, you give us the right to use that content to improve and promote our Services without needing to pay or credit you.
